intive has expanded its AI ambitions with a new enterprise partnership that designates Cursor as a key technology enabler across its global engineering operations. The collaboration, announced today, accelerates intive’s AI-Native Transformation Program and strengthens its delivery ecosystem for enterprise clients.
The agreement arrives at a time when software organizations are rethinking how AI integrates into every part of the development lifecycle. For intive, the goal is clear: embed AI capabilities deeply into its engineering processes to boost delivery speed and quality while ensuring enterprise-grade reliability.
With 2,000 engineers worldwide, intive will adopt Cursor’s AI-powered coding assistant at scale through a pooled licensing model designed for broad, cost-efficient rollout. Cursor’s platform enhances refactoring, optimizes validation workflows, and reduces development friction—key benefits for teams shipping complex enterprise solutions.
One of the most significant aspects of the partnership is the operational integration between both companies. intive now gains direct collaboration with Cursor’s field engineering group, as well as customized training and technical support for production environments. This alignment ensures Cursor’s capabilities extend beyond tooling and into real-world delivery scenarios.
The partnership also supports joint work on AI adoption for clients—from early discovery to solution validation and onboarding—reinforcing intive’s role as a transformation partner for brands pursuing AI enablement.
Claudio González, Global CTO and EVP at intive, said the partnership strengthens the company’s ability to guide clients into AI-native delivery models: “We can validate real-world applications of AI and support our clients as they transition into AI-native engineering organizations.”
Pablo Gamba, VP and Head of Technology, Americas, described the partnership as foundational for intive’s evolution. “This collaboration with Cursor is a cornerstone of our AI Native Transformation program. We are enabling our teams and customers to move beyond traditional development toward engineering practices that scale productivity, quality, and speed responsibly.”
As AI-native engineering becomes a defining capability for modern software companies, intive’s formalized partnership with Cursor signals a strong commitment to leading that shift across markets.
