Prezent Vivo introduces credits to simplify access to life sciences communication services

By 8 septiembre, 2026

Prezent Vivo is changing how life sciences organizations access its expert communication services with the launch of a new usage-based credits model designed to give enterprise teams more flexibility over how they consume those services.

The AI-powered communication platform announced Prezent Vivo credits, describing the system as a unified consumption model that brings multiple expert-led services into a single credit pool.

Under the new model, each credit is equivalent to US$1. Customers can use their shared balance for services including Overnight Presentations, editorial services, fixed-price projects, and coaching workshops without having to manage separate budgets, billing processes, or approvals for each service.

The change is part of Prezent Vivo’s broader evolution toward a platform combining artificial intelligence with human expertise for life sciences communication.

A shared model for expert services

Prezent Vivo says the credit system is intended to give organizations greater visibility into how communication services are being used across teams.

Administrators can allocate credits to users, establish usage limits, monitor consumption, and guide adoption. Customers can also track spending and usage across teams and services in real time.

Credits are automatically deducted once an eligible service request is completed, according to the company. This is designed to reduce additional purchasing and approval steps when teams need communication support.

At the same time, not every Prezent Vivo feature requires credits.

Core platform capabilities—including generating and transforming presentations with AI, creating fingerprints, uploading files, accessing learning resources, and downloading best-practice materials—remain available without consuming credits.

The distinction allows organizations to use the platform’s AI capabilities while reserving credits for services that involve additional expert support.

For Prezent Vivo, the model also introduces a more centralized approach to managing communication resources across enterprise teams.

Rather than assigning separate budgets to different services, organizations can draw from a common balance and determine how those resources are distributed internally.

“As life science enterprises increasingly seek flexible ways to combine AI with expert services, credits remove the friction of managing multiple budgets, purchasing processes, and approvals, allowing organizations to consume communication expertise based on their actual business needs,” said Francine Carrick, President of Prezent Vivo.

The company says the model is intended to provide enterprise customers with a combination of flexibility and governance as they scale their use of communication services.
