RetailClub AI Festival will explore what comes after retail’s AI pilots

By 16 septiembre, 2026

Retailers are increasingly experimenting with artificial intelligence across customer engagement, commerce, inventory and fulfillment. The next challenge is turning those experiments into systems that can operate at scale and deliver measurable results.

That transition will be a central theme at RetailClub AI Festival 2026, taking place September 22 to 24 on the beachside boardwalk in Huntington Beach, California. The event expects around 2,000 retail leaders, brand executives and technology providers, with more than 150 speakers across two stages.

The festival was created by the founders of Shoptalk and Groceryshop around the impact of AI on retail. Its focus includes areas such as personalization, pricing, promotions, commerce, fulfillment and the data infrastructure needed for AI driven decision making.

Nisum will participate as a Level 2 sponsor, hosting two sessions focused specifically on the gap between AI pilots and production deployments.

Its “From Pilot to P&L: An Unfiltered Guide for Retail Technology Leaders” session, presented by board member Sajid Mohamedy, will examine why some retail AI pilots stall and what separates them from initiatives that continue into the next budget cycle.

The company will also use the event to discuss customer personalization, AI powered margin growth, unified and agent ready commerce, and data and AI for retail performance.

As retailers continue testing AI across different parts of their operations, the conversations at RetailClub will focus on a more concrete stage of adoption: determining how those technologies can move from promising demonstrations to scalable business applications.
